Jobs Description

1. Participate in business review with GM of Retail Business and Optimizer on performance of each station - Participate and support Optimizer to analyze profitability of the stations - Participate and support Optimizer to promote new TOP service - Participate and support Optimizer to analyze and investigate of product gain-loss 2. Create Financial Control and Forecasted P&L in TEMPO (System) 3. Support Optimizer in Financial Control and Forecasted P&L validation process 4. Analyze overall sales and customer service performance in the territory and identify potential for improvement at service stations find out ways and means for improving sales 5. Visit and work with the Station Manager to ensure sales action plan are in place to address any areas of sales under performance - Ensure general upkeep of the service stations in terms of present-ability, safety and security 6. Supervise all service stations activities which includes sales, customer relationship, stock and accounts 7. Immediately notify to the supervisor in the event of any non-conformity or security related activities - To take high involvement of station segmentation, which is done annually with Retail Development Manager, Retail Business Team, then implement further action plan approved by GM of Retail Business - To be station animator under his/her portfolio and ensure professionalism and standard following to group rule, norm, policy, guideline and procedure as well as action plan set by management to archive expected result. -To actively involving and promoting culture of food hygiene awareness and ensure no food poison at stations under his/her territory - To ensure highest and consistent service delivery by station staff in order to differentiate service offer from competitors - To conduct competitor price survey and update competitors’ activities/promotion in his/her trade area

Jobs Requirement

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent • Experience: At least 3-Year experience in business to business and business to consumer sale techniques • Skills: Excellent people skills and an ability to establish a good rapport and problem solving with people at all levels - Strong management skill - Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets. • Language: Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs included PowerPoint, Word and Excel
