• Understand all Lubricants Products to be able to explain to customers • Process customer orders and pass the forms to sales administrator to raise sales order for delivery on time • Check e-mail regularly to respond to customers or colleagues or update information's • Visit or call to customers regularly in order to build-up rapport with customers • Send invoices to customers and collect payment timely • Check the updated Age Report sent by Finance and give comment when the overdue to be collected or paid • Collect payment as soon as possible after delivery for the COD (Cash On Delivery) customers • Evaluate risks before asking credit or payment for new customers with the credit request form • Plan and consult with lubricants manager for mission to province if job related • Identify new prospected customers and discuss with Lubricants Manager to take action • Participate in Lubricants team meeting or other related meeting/training • Identify potential customers or locations where can set-up marketing materials or display branding • Respect Company's Code of Conduct, HSEQ principles and other related procedure • Help Solar and Car Care Product project

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business management/ business administration or equivalent • Experience: At least 2-year experience in sales or marketing • Skills: Be creative and responsive to business being handled • Language: Good proficiency in English, French or Chinese is a plus, Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs included PowerPoint, Word and Excel and computer application • Valid Driving License
