Information Management and Communication • Provide clear & accurate information on the MRP planning performance • Communicate the various plans & its impact to relevant stakeholders • Report discrepancies to management for necessary action • Ensure that management receives relevant information Planning Tools and System Management • Ensure all MRP data in Planning System – FuturMaster, where applicable with all parameters set up • Ensure IBEshare for Malt shipment are up to date based on the latest requirement • Ensure finished goods & Material codes are in place and the creation is based on the global MDM Planning & Execution • Managing the materials ordering process to meet target stock levels and agreed customer and/or production dates. • Provide MRP master plan to call-off Planner in weekly basis as well as monthly rolling • Control on the allocation (material) volumes to suppliers based on HGP contracted quantities and balance/ diversify source of supplies • Control all inbound material related with call-off planners • Execute urgent deliveries from suppliers to meet urgent production where necessary • Participate in and provide feedback for raw material supplier evaluation with users • Execute & proposed in developing strategies for inventory control, new product introduction and obsolete of products where necessary • Coordinate goods in transit for import shipments required by BASE JDE project with call-off planner • Manage Materials to make it is within optimum stocks for a smooth plan TPM & Continuous Improvement • Participate in TPM Plan Pillar - drive deployments related with raw material losses and inventory control • Contribute to achievement of performance indicators, and advice and / or initiate action towards improvement
