• Handle front-desk administrative duties and enquiries • Serve and engage all walk-in customers with superior service • Attend, resolve and report all customers’ complaints to management • Provide support and assist in all customer-related matters, including customers’ transaction records • Check and ensure all posters, promotion mechanics are updated promptly and all signage is displayed clearly and visibly • Monitor stock replenishment with proper transfer procedures • Coordinate, record, monitor and update of appointments and members’ attendance • Maintain branch cleanliness, hygiene and image
