-Plan & execute a content strategy that drives high engagement -Create call-to-action short-form video advertisements for multiple clients’ social media ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Youtube. -Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency -Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly -Manage the distribution of content across all channels -Driving the digital content strategy, content creation, and best practices that are critical in engaging our target audience with our brand and sales force -Creating, editing & delivering compelling digital content based on thought leadership, financial market or product content -Collaborating with marketing, product, communication & investment writers to create “360°” integrated digital content campaigns -Helping increase specific digital content knowledge & skills of all content writers -Collaborating with designers & other team associates to write & test user-focused content that guides customers through an experience

-Bachelor degree in IT or relevant degree -3-5years’ experience in content production, creative mindset, interesting in new digital media/marketing strategies, extensive knowledge on FB, Youtube, Snapchat, IG, LinkedIn & TikTok -Knowledge of Adobe suite, Premiere, Illustrator, photoshop -Excellent on project management & organization skill -Proven track record of defining, testing, iterating on & fast-paced environment -Strong problem solving & analytical skill -Ability to simplify complex interactions & accelerate delivery of quality content -User of a languages that’s compelling, concise, friendly through digital experience -Willing to jump into different roles and stay update on last digital version -Influencing a test, lean, optimize approach to content development based on feedback/data info such as topic, tone, language -Must be proficient in English & Khmer, Chinese is a plus
