-Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates on the half and yearly based performance. -Plan and implement the yearly technical draught service development plan / budget. -Perform draught service analysis top down and bottom up to identify strategic plans to support draught team service development. -Develop the monthly draught service plans and targets to perform maintenance as required. -Monitor the delivery of draught customer services to ensure the service action plans are carried out on schedule. -Conduct basic training for draught team such technical skills, beer quality knowledge and best industry practices with a consideration towards department targets and KPIs. -Evaluate the draught service team performance with an eye on operating costs and effectiveness. -Manage manpower and maintain operational efficiency by means of services such as tools, cars for draught team. -Manage and control the draught equipment and spare part stock to meet Sales and Brewery objectives / goals and targets.

-Degree, Diploma or equivalent in a Technical related field. - 3 years’ experience in purchasing, scheduling, planning. - Experience in the beverage/brewing industry field is an advantage. -Competence in of Microsoft Excel/Word and enterprise software systems. 2500$
