- Reporting to: Farm Manager - Location: Oral, Kompong Speu - Salary Negotiate ** Knowledge; Skill & Abilities: - Good attitude and energy level - Good communication - Good in financial analyze - Good in budget planning - Good in management skill - Fluency English - Strategic thinking capability - Personal Effectiveness - Initiative and Leadership - Adding value through people development ** Duties & Responsibilities: - Bachelor degree in agriculture or related field - Handle and manage cassava plantation at least 600 Hectares (in the block ………) - Manage and make planting schedule with farm manager according to annual planting plan - Prepare planting claim request with sub-contractor and submit to farm manager for approval - Oversee on plant status which under supervise from planting to harvesting - Observe and take action on disease, insect, fertilizer, watering, weeding, spraying herbicide, pesticide and harvesting - Observe workers to detect inefficient and unsafe work procedures or to identify problem, initiating corrective action as necessary - Prepare reports regarding farm condition, crop yields, diesel usage, machinery breakdown, or labor problem. - Estimate labor requirements for jobs, and plan work schedules accordingly; - Direct or assist with the adjustment and repair of farm equipment and machinery - Assist in drive and operate farm machinery such as trucks, tractors, or self –propelled harvester in order to transport workers and supplies, or to cultivate and harvest fields - Report to farm Manager of the cassava plantation regarding the farm progressing report - Other duties assign by the farm Manager of the cassava plantation.

** Qualifications: Exposure: - Bachelor or diploma degree in agriculture or related field - Have minimum 2 years working experiences in cassava farming or related field - Have a good communication with multiple cultures - Able to communication in Khmer and English - Able to work with local communities - Good in written and speak in English (Speaking and reporting) - Able to stay and work in the farm - Initiative do a research for new agriculture technology for yield improvement - Be honesty and working hard
