Jobs Description

Sales Development & Management: -Assist the respective regional head/and CAO of Life Channel to develop and support the branch expansion strategies and plan -Liaison with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful branch set up -Develop the sound branch sale growth strategies and tactical business plan (including recruitment plan) for ensuring the success of the branch sale target under the direct support from the respective Regional Manager and Head of Agency Sales Management. -Lead and manage the branch sales and support team to ensure the well execution of the branch sales activity and recruitment plan -Closely work with Pru venture Development Manager (PDM), Business Development Manager (BDM), and agency leader (BM/BD) to ensure better alignment of the branch business plan and sound sale growth activities including recruitment plan -Regularly review the branch sale performance and work with the branch team as well as guidance from the regional manager to take prompt and corrective actions for boosting the performance back -Conduct the regular branch area market and competition analysis for supporting the branch strategic sales and business growth plan -Identify and support key agency leaders to step out into new more potential business territories Branch Operation Management: -Work closely with cross-functions (i.e. training and development, customer services, sale support operation, NBUW, and property team) to ensure having enough functional support for smoothing the branch business operation with customer centricity -Ensure the branch operational efficiency regarding to branch allocated budget, sales materials, branch properties and branch management team productivity -As a company ambassador to liaise with local authorities and other business partners for smoothing the branch business and operational activities Training and Supervision: -Coach and develop the PVM, BDM, and branch support Operation Manager (OM) to make sure they are well equipped with proper skills, right attitude and behavior for delivering their tasks and duties Risk and Compliance Management: -Manage and control all risk and compliance related to sales and act as first line of defense at the direct team level. -Work closely with legal, risk and compliance team at HQ for necessary support and fulfillment.

Jobs Requirement

-3-year experience in Financial Services Frontline, Training and development, OR Sales. -At least 1 year experience in leading a good team -Bachelor’s degree in education/training or business -Highly ambitious, independent thinker, disciplinary and high level of empathy -Being good at listening skills, teamwork and demonstrates intellectual curiosity. -Good problem solving, critical thinking, and motivation/energetic skill -Good knowledge of preparing and monitoring the business plan
