• To attract the potential investors to rent the land in SEZ area to generate the revenue of S.I • To propose the development of infrastructure of S.I SEZ premises including the layout of master plan • To manage the tenants in accordance with the mutual agreements and law of Royal Cambodia Government (RCG) wihc is related to SEZ industry. • Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth • Work with the project managers to ensure the smooth transition of all projects that have been approved by the Board for build-out. • Oversee the formulation of build-out project teams and meet with the project manager to an agreed frequency to monitor their progress and performance. • Provide proactive business insight by ensuring relevant external economic factors both at a national and sector specific level are taken into account when key commercial decisions are made. • Provide accurate and timely reports for the board on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required on the progress and performance of all projects • Performs other relevant duties as directed by the top management.
