Sale Manager: motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs competition, exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. Job Description: • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients. • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets. • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives. • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports. • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals. • Develop new products or features to adopt the rapidly growth markets • Collaborate with internal team members and cross team to achieve better results • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluates customer needs • Conduct competitors research to compare and improves in company business and sale • Conduct work-reflection for self-improvement and performance • Conduct sale and strategy planning (monthly and yearly) • Keep learning about the website & mobile application and other technical concept • Take accountability on the work and commitment
