** Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage, monitor daily operation, supervise the execution of daily tasks and support branch staff in management of loan transaction; - Facilitate and decision on any special transaction at branches; - Responsible for all loans made by the branch, ensure that all processes and procedures are properly complied and that all loan documents are completed, timely, and accurate; - Review and approve all expense at branch level to ensure that prudent cash management practices are followed in line with the Finance policies and procedures; - Build staff capacity at front line and staffing management. - Holding safe key of all branches (both operation safe and maintenance safe) and ensure that the safe procedure is implemented - Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud. - Collaborate with related department to develop best practices for successful credit operations; - Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run; - Ensure that all branch activities are fully implemented with Admin policy and procedure. ** Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary based on education, prior-experience and potential are provided. - Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance & Banking, Business administration and any equivalent. - At least 5 years of credit management and/or financial management experience in MFIs/Bank sector; - Good understanding of Microfinance industry; - Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, team work, independent, and result-oriented; - Be able to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, andwork well under pressure to meet deadlines; - Be honest, integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards working with the poor and social mission. - Good inter-personal skill and communication with internal and external customers. - Good command of spoken and written English - Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) - Good leadership skills. - Good judgment to make financial decisions. - Good analytical skill. - Be a Cambodian citizen and having valid driving license.
