o Oversee on operational of the whole business o Communicate strategy and results to the unit's managers o Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practice o Provide direct management to all the key functional manages and executives o Ensure and guide all departments’ head to reach to company’s goal o Make sure all the production lines are aligned to the marketing demanded

o At least 15 years’ experience as senior management level within development country such as Cambodia, Lao, Vietnam, Thailand, & Myanmar. o Strong background from Brewery/Beverage/FMCG o Prefer nationality as Singaporean or Malaysian o Strong management, leadership, and strategy planning o Intelligent and initiative in a very competitive market o Sounds knowledge and understand on market competition within above development countries.
