 Lead team in developing new market across Laos.  Manage all administration aspect of Business.  Train the existing Sales & Marketing team to get potential business.  Meet with different business houses to increase client relationship and improve B2B sales.  Shall be responsible for managing all sales operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets.  With respect to annual budgets and propose the annual business plan and do proper execution  The Country Manger will be to produce business performance reports, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.  The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.  Must be well versed with English language have must have a pleasing personality.  Knowledge of Thai/ Laotian language is an added advantage.  Any previous work experience in Laos is also an added advantage  Must have experience in Automobile sector.  Must have affective record of marketing as well.  Position open to Cambodian and other foreigner as well.  Minimum 10 + year experience is required.  Must have good command on Ms-Excel and power point.
