Jobs Description

- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards - Leading F&B and Activity team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel - Maintain the services and reputation of the resort and act as a management representative to group clients - To work with each customer to understand their likes/dislikes, abilities and needs to put together an individual social care plan and to evaluate regularly. - Community groups enabling residents to partake / continue with hobbies and interests as desired. - Make sure our service staff, provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests. - Self-motivated and well-organized individual, with good communication and management skills, and clear understanding of what the business expects. - Must lead by example and having a positive, willing and flexible attitude, and work to the highest levels to ensure that the resort standards are maintained at all times. - Coordinates the activities, guest services and resort areas. - Handling monthly reports and budget for F & B. * KEY AREA RESPONSIBILITIES: - Fully responsible overall operation of the resort in F&B and including walk-in customer and group customer. - Welcome customers upon entrance to the PVK and double check their coupon before allow customer for breakfast/lunch. - Commercial awareness and can build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. - Support and work with all departments head in all aspects of resort running smoothly - Inspection inventory of F & B and Activities to make sure the stock in hand (quality, quantity, par stock levels, expiry etc) as daily and weekly basis. - To understanding customer’s need and provide them with professionalism and respond proactively to all of their concerns - Ensure that employees are attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests and other employees. - Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies. - Resolves guest problems quickly and efficiently - To assist in menu planning and pricing - Entertainment of potential and existing customers - Comply with all health and safety regulations and food safety - Enforces all cash-handling in F & B department - Make sure all F & B employees are proper uniforms at all times. - Operate all aspects of F & B to computer system/database, including customer information for activities department. - Other duties will assign by management. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Time management • Professional appearance, motivational and group customer service • Good in English communication skills and presentation skills • Punctual, organized and trustworthy • Ability to track expenses and manage a budget • Ability to lead and inspire a team

Jobs Requirement
