- Understand the flow and work process of request, authorization and received goods in system and physically by stores/ warehouses - Divide stock from shipments and refill to stores. - Receive email stock movement counting every morning and check in and out error balance. - Know stock movement in and out, communicate on delivery with logistic team with early preparation with requests/product arrangement - Report stocks tracking in weekly basis. - Allocate stock from stores with slow moving to store fast moving. - Prepare stock hero model for promotion - Monthly reporting on progression of team members

* Doing Bachelor of Business Administration/Relevant Degree * Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus * Having related experience/ Stock controlling knowledge is a priority * Able to work on the weekend * Honesty, Responsible, and willing to learn and work as a team.
