• Editing and image processing of related audio-visual projects; • Understand film and television language, and make secondary creation and arrangement according to creativity, scripts or copywriting; • To complete the synthesis and production of related programs and activities in the broadcast part; • Cooperate with the director during editing to realize program conception and provide reasonable suggestions to improve program quality;

• At least 1-year relevant working experience; • Have art or related professional background, have a good grasp of film editing rhythm, and have strong sensitivity to color perception and picture art; • Have a solid technical foundation and solid post-production skills, and have a sense of innovation; Proficient in basic program packaging; • Proficient in relevant video editing, compression and optimization software; • Familiar with basic film and television production equipment (those who can shoot independently are preferred); • Able to work overtime and under high pressure, have a sense of responsibility • Able to speak English/Khmer, Chinese is a plus
