- Manage/control team and department - Prepare/review to any kind of documents (policy, contracts… etc.) - Provide legal consultant and legal advice - Make decision and find solution to solve problem to support operation - Communicate with another department to support, and find out problem - Communicate with cooperate governor (MOC, GDT … etc.) - Make/analyses action plan for team and company to comply law and support operation - Contribute to regulatory compliance of the company. - Highly responsibilities to company and team members. - Good observation at staff performance. - Perform other duties assigned by CEO
