Jobs Description

1. Obtains profit contribution by managing staff and establishing and accomplishing business objectives. 2. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices. 3. Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions and providing educational opportunities. 4. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives. 5. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections. 6. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; and coordinating actions with corporate staff. 7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies. 8. Develop and update operating and customer service standards that optimize returns on assets, increases sales and improves profits. 9. Identify problems within the business, including through using data gathering (collect, analyze, summarize) and evaluate outcome requirements. 10. Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures, develop operational metrics. 11. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, writing progress reports, recommending actions for the business to improve. 12. Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/ systems and operational manuals. 13. Coach, counsel and develop operations team in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans. 14. Utilize a communication process to ensure all staff is aware of expectations and performance standards. 15. Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets company standards. 16. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. 17. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. 18. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. 19. Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, such as advertising and purchasing. 20. A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies. 21. Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment’s and services. 22. Coordination with HOD's for the execution of all activities and functions.

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration. - Good knowledge of different business functions. - At least 5-7-year experience in management level positions. - Experience with budgets, P&L statements, capital expenditures and planning and forecasting. - Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and to meet commitments. - Experienced in business planning, Business Strategy and management. - Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. - English language fluently, Chinese and other language proficiency will be an advantage. - strong analytical abilities. * Technical: - Self-motivated, decisive, responsible and driven to provide the best service. - Strategic planning, Quality management and Process improvement. *Human Relations: - Excellent communication skills. - Outstanding organizational skills. - Interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. - Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong presentation skills and convincing ability. *Business: - Excellent analytical and reporting skills, advanced Excel ability preferred. - Knowledge of market needs and demand.
