Jobs Description

Main Tasks: - Weekly sales report to General Manager - Establish parts department objectives, plans, budgets and policies. - Determines parts sales plan, methodologies and reporting. - Creates and maintains good relation with approved vendor list to optimize the best purchase price & discount. - Maintains an accurate inventory planning and control, to prevent shortages and obsolescence. - Conduct perpetual inventory checks and annual counts as per management guidelines. - Submits all parts discrepancy claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit. - Develops pricing strategy to maximize profits without sacrificing sales. - Maximizes use of all order discount program and return program within management guidelines. - Supervises parts department staff to provide the highest level of service to customers (internal and external). - Develops and executes the marketing plan for the parts department and monitors it regularly. - Maintains the collection of past-due accounts within company policy. - Develops and maintains effective parts department processes. - Develops and maintains a current organization chart with clear indication of the lines of authority and responsibility. - Conduct employee performance reviews in the parts department. - Conduct salary review at least annually for each employee. - Develops and maintains competitive compensation and intensive program for all parts job functions. - Recruiting, hiring and training of all personnel of the parts department. - Develops and monitors performance standards and measurements. - Develops and maintains all parts management reports and reporting methods. - Conducts regular parts meetings and training sessions. - Provides the coaching necessary to develop additional skills, job effectiveness and efficiency. - Continually monitors the progress of the department and individuals in the parts group towards achieving customer satisfaction, market penetration and profit goals. - Identifies deviations from the plan and recommends and/or takes corrective actions. - Conducts regular meetings with the parts group personnel to compare performance with standards and goals. - Maintains discipline of the parts group personnel within company policy. - Maintains all department tools, equipment and vehicles. - Performs other duties as assigned by the management

Jobs Requirement

Qualification Required: 1. Education a. Major/Subject: Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economic, Accounting, Finance & Banking and Administration b. Degree: Bachelor and Master 2. Job Experiences: At least 5 years’ experience 3. Language a. English: Very good speaking, reading, writing and listening. b. Others: If can speak more foreign language is surplus 4. Working Environment a. Condition: Working Temperature and lighting b. Place: Inside and outside office 6. Equipment/Tools: Computer, social network on mobile phone and IT software. 7. Relationship - Internal, external BU/departments and customers closely 8. Sex: Only Male 9. Health Condition - Good health
