- Supervise the daily operations of outsourced staff such as janitor, security guard, gardeners, parking operation and internal team of HKL - Manage the Fire Command Centre and act as Fire Warden in case of emergency - Arranging duty roster of team members, leave application and approval - Monitor building management control room where supervises CCTV surveillance - Attend and manager any emergency situations or incidents such as fire alarms, bomb threats, electricity cut off, flooding, leaking issue…etc. - Facilitate the request of tenants and trouble shoot of complaints - Carry out routine check on building services including building patrolling, cleanliness, safety, security of tenants, staffs, visitors, contractors, suppliers, venders…etc. - Develop checklist and provide recommendation to improve the standard of the building where deem to do so - Assign zoning for Building Attendant, Outsourced staff to carry their duties assigned with proper tools and equipment, and ensure the building safety standard is followed without compromise - In-charge of operation shift report, provide a useful and accurate report for management review - Responsible for monthly staff attendance, Overtime claim, E-Leave application - Join briefing session/morning/afternoon/night for security or cleaning - Manager and enforce the safety standards to all fitting out contractor by coordinating well with Technical team to ensure no risks of works carried out - Oversee the performance/discipline loading/unloading bay/checkpoint - Anticipate the risk management - Conduct performance appraisal of the team members in accordance with the company policies and procedures - Perform other duties that may be assigned by management
