- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ) - Calculate the amount and cost of materials and labor needed for projects. - Visit the site to monitor and keep track of project progress - Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work - Responsible for coordinating between sub-contractor in the negotiation and resolving issues relating to work including payment. - Perform risk, value management and cost control - Other tasks assign by Manager

- Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree; - 2 to 4 years working experience - Be willing to work as a team with high responsibility - Possess good moral attitude - Possess leadership, Detail‐oriented, dependable and trustworthy - Able to work under pressure and within tight working schedules
