- Manage the day-to-day business activities and general business administration - Handle all the aspects of all the professional services operation - Lead multiple engagements of varying size and complexity - Support the team members including the technical aspect and service process - Review tax and accounting file submitted by the team members - Advising clients on complex technical matter of the relevant services - Coach and develop team members to successfully deliver value in tax advisory, accounting, compliance services to the clients - Contribute to continuous improvement of in-house systems and procedures - Develop and execute the marketing plan and budget - Produce the monthly report and submit to the Board of Directors - Attend business meetings and relevant events both locally and internationally - Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting and finance - Shall pass the tax service agent course from the tax department - At least 6 years relevant experience from the relevant sectors - ACCA candidate is an advantage - Strong profile in financial statement preparation, accounting system, tax advisory, and compliance matters - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills - Self-motivated, team player, ability to work under deadline and pressure - Good command of English and Khmer (Chinese is an advantage) Interested candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to the Email: info@jfbs-kh.com Only short-listed applicants will be contacted for the further process.
