Job Title: Store Manager Location: Sihanouk Ville Duties: • To transmit the company culture to the team • Organize and distribute tasks to each task member • Ensure that all staff follow and respect ZANDO’s standards of customer service • Hold daily meeting with staff to encourage communications and continually advise staff on how to increase sales • Monitor and motivate staff and support their development and training • Work with ZANDO Management on increasing sales and implementing promotions • Provide the best possible customer service • Continually monitor sales and customer profiles and regularly report back to ZANDO Management • Be familiar with the collection and customers; use this knowledge to increase sales • Support in customer sales at peak times • Ensure a strong communication with Management at Head Office • Inform Management at Head Office of anything that has a major impact on the store and/or its sales • Monitor mannequins, window display and the keeping of the brand’s standard at all times • Monitor furniture condition and shop maintenance • Responsible for stock control mechanisms to prevent loss or theft • Monitor all cash handling procedures

Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant field. • Proven experience in management or leadership is a plus. • High motivation and ability to work independent. • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and Email. • Can speak Chinese is a plus. • Good communication with staff and back office team. • Ability to lead and manage a team. • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store, including holiday, and rotation/ per week. * Benefits: • 13th Salary • Meal Allowance • Sales Performance Bonus • Annual Leave and Day Off • Annual Trip and Other • Public Holidays • Health Insurance • Employee Discount • Other Benefits
