- Preparing document for applying to MOC/Customs/ Department of Agriculture (Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary certificate, Customs clearance document..etc) - Weekly report to Manager - Checking approval and contact to shipper for any booking approval - Issue HAWB, HBL,TWB, Draft MBL, Billing Invoice….etc - Willing to travel to outside - Contact to airline/shipping line for schedule - Update schedule to buyer and agent - Update consignee's system - Follow up shipment arrival as per schedule - Strongly follow SOP requirement - Others assigned by Manager
