• Studies, practices and updates with operating manual, procedure and other decisions related with credit affairs in an accurately • Monitors & reviews credit assessment, evaluation, disbursement and repayment to ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are complied • Supervise credit officer in order to promote sale based on the target sale to client at branch level effective and efficiency. • Promoting and Marketing YCP’s image and products • Responsible for process all new applications within the stipulated turnaround time. • Monitor all application fill out by Credit Officer for new loan/ existing loan for clients, and is responsible for follow up clients repayment on time • Responsible for building a good relationship with all levels of local authorities to get their support on loan document processing. • Responsible for on-the-job coaching and/ training to improve Credit Officer competency • Prepare weekly and monthly loan report. • Other duties assigned by manager

• Male/Female • Excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and good team player. • At least 2 years of experiences in microfinance industry. • Good command of written and verbal Khmer and English. • Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team • Maintain a high level of confidentiality • Knowledge of computer application such as Microsoft Office...etc. • Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance
