Jobs Description

** Cooperation with MMS & others stakeholder - Implement and control consumer promotion which conducted by marketing - Ensure POS materials are allocated in trade when promotion start, and POS materials are removed in Trade when Promotion finished - Ensure all data of market share are accuracy and submit on time - Cooperate with cross function to be smooth. - Cooperate with sales team to ensure out-of-stock situation in the store, Product FIFO, product expired, and product dented - Product Consultant (PC) - Develop and ensure PC strategic plan are executed to recruit more consumer and build Dumex brand awareness in store - Develop execution plan, update the progress and solve the issue in trade, PC Supervisor & PC work of every promotion/campaign to make sure the progress on time - Coach Product Consultant Supervisor (PC Supervisor) & Product Consultant (PC) to meet standard performance - Ensure PC are well managed, motivated, and be part of a business driver; - In-field working with PC Supervisor to update the execution plan and search for competitor activities - Display & Visibility - Develop creative and outstanding POP materials that delivers the in-store the shelf presence of Dumex (Display stand, shelf talker, tent card, etc.) and ensure all POP materials are implemented in-store with excellence - Training and/or field coaching subordinate according to needed skills / knowledge - Identify the right goal by channel: Merchandizing guideline, share of shelf space, right outlet right POSM... - Monitor and check competitor’s activities such as branding material support, product display and display contest to report to Trade Marketing Manager. - Team Capability Development - Ensure PC team are developed on capacity building based on competency matrix, IDP (Individual Development Potential) and well equipped with Standard Service Training, Product Knowledge, Right Way, Wise and Foqual - Ensure Wise (wise training, report, meeting, and wise structure) Implement to PC and Trade Marketing and Sales Team. ** Main Duties and Functions - Develop product consultant strategies plan to recruit more consumer and build Dumex brand in market. - Facilitate, support and coach PC Team to implement more effective. - Develop Foqual toolkits and make sure that PC are well known. - Responsible in marketing activities in trade and responsible for stock freshness. - Join in prepare business plan and project management. - Develop, train, coach staff in team. - Develop display & visibility to be more outstanding in trade.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 5 years in Sales that mostly deals trade partners (shop owners). - Experiences with trade marketing. - Strong in implementation of display/visibility. - At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other equivalent/relevant degree - Conceptual & consultative selling skill, business analytical skill, vision development skill, strategic thinking skill... - Initiative, team player, strong commitment, customer oriented, flexible, & opportunity seeker.
