The duration of training shall be one (1) year and Trainees shall be rotated to perform different functions such as Human Resources Department, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Front Service Operations, Kitchen Operations, and Property Development. Before completion of each attachment, their suitability for absorption shall be decided purely based on their performance during training. During the program, Trainees shall be provided the following training program: 1) Induction on the Company Policies and Practices conducted by the HR Department. 2) On-The-Job Training conducted by the Mentor and/or HOD. 3) Coaching by the Mentor and/or HOD and/or 4) Project Assignment by Mentor and/or HOD.

• Fresh graduate students majoring in hospitality and tourism, restaurant operations management, or culinary degree • Good study records with GPA of 3.5 or above • With or without working experience • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious • Strong interpersonal skills • Willing to learn new things and willing to be rotated in different job functions • Language proficiency in English and Khmer
