1. Initiating and ensuring the EDP program’s related sale boosting activities and events are well organized, executed and well tracked. 2. Monitoring daily sales coaching to ensure discipline and conducive sessions for all batches of EDP, including onboarding training by working closely with training department for 5-day and 4-night training, logistic and other operation with relevant stakeholders. 3. Managing EDP performance and validation including monthly budget to ensure effective spending on the right activities. 4. Conducting one-to-one meeting all EDP Development Managers to collect feedbacks, suggestion, and requests for corrective actions and improvement 5. Monitoring and analyzing the performance result of each EDP batch and working with EDP Development Manager for ensuring the EDP work-week plan is sound and well executed 6. Working with other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the implementation of EDP Program’s practices run smoothly. 7. Assisting Head of Program on other tasks relating to program development

Experience/Skill: 1. 2-3 year experience in Financial Services Frontline, Trainer, Lecturer OR Sales. 2. Must have at least 1-year experiences in leading team 3. Bachelor’s degree in education/training or business 4. Highly ambitious, independent thinker, hard-working and high level of empathy Knowledge: 1. Being good at listening skills, teamwork and demonstrates intellectual curiosity. 2. Good problem solving and strategic and critical thinking skill 3. Good knowledge of insurance product or financial service management Very good at English and digital
