Responsibility: 1. As main person in charge to communicate with FC partner and solve the problem for FC business matter 2. Support Franchise business work such as communicating, develop new supporting material for operation procedure ensure FC business partner operation be smooth and well 3. As an assistant to Manager to develop FC business program for new business expansion 4. As a person in charge to control QSC level of each outlet to meet Marugame Udon standard 5. Communicate with international support team for other support and new task assignment from Manager 6. Analyze sale performance of each outlet and corporate with Marketing department to promote higher sale 7. Corporate with other stakeholder to find and propose good location to FC partner for their location support 8. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 9. Other tasks assigned by Manager

- 2-3 year experiences in Franchise business, project management work, Project Manager Assistant, or other relevance fields. - Fluent in English language, Speaking, writing, listening etc. - Good in Communication, and the ability to do multi-task and meet deadlines - Good in PC skill, Microsoft Word, Exel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email etc. - Love challenges and be able to work under pressure - Self-confident, organized, friendly and be positive - Love food or food business Salary & Benefits - Salary Negotiation - Meal Allowance $1.5 / day - Gasoline Max $20 - Public holiday follow Cambodia calendar - Annual leave 18 days / year - Mon – Sat work - 8 hrs / day (08am – 05pm) - Commitment fee & Bonus - Seniority payment - Insurance Accident & hospital (from Forte & NSSF)
