Factory manager have vital roles and also known as the branch manager. His duties is to supervise the entire Amrurice Battambang Branch to overseeing plant operations. His typical job responsibilities are ensuring the daily business operation, works’ safety and quality control issues of the production, and ensuring that all tasks need to be carried out perfectly by following industry standards. •Factory Manager has to plan production activities, production meetings, and machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products. •The whole industrial production, paddy drying and rice milling, has to be managed by factory manager, or he/she have to take care of all the features associated with a particular plant department. The safety measures have to be followed. •If there are any quality related issues, the Factory Manger have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated by working and coordinating with Quality Assurance Manager. •A Factory Manager has to collaborate and meet with other managers of the company. Liaison with the sourcing department, SRP and Organic department, financial department and export & sales department of much significance. •Ensure all stock-in and stock-out and stock-balance are recorded accurately and keep reported to top management. •Control all company assets. •Ensure that all staff in line are abided to the company policy, rules, code of conduct, regulation, •Ensure all staff and workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry and company standard. •Maintain the existed certification, such as GMP/HACCP and Organic •Attending the scheduled corporate meetings and training. •Leading factory meeting and coordinating cross department meeting. •Conduct performance appraisal of employees under his/her supervision. •Do other tasks when requested by top management.
