- Nationality: Cambodian - Degree in business management or Master Degree of Business Administration, or other related fields - Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role - Experiences in planning and budgeting and Good Knowledge of different business functions - Strong organization and leadership skills and excellent communication skills - Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects and under pressure. - Outstanding in facilitation and problem solving, and adapt to the diverse working environment. - Proficient in computer literacy and in English (written, verbal communication and presentation skills.) - A strong commitment, honesty and integrity, and fast leaner.
