The person in this role will take on the responsibility to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to deep dive on business performance and to develop, implement and monitor Retail Wealth Management Services campaigns to achieve business target. He/she will also be in charge of strategically planning the development of long-term goals and strategy to improve customer experience and business performance for the Retail Wealth Management Services department. Identify and focus on developing new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and other statistical methods. Develop, plan and drive business strategies to meet targeted objectives / budget. Analyse and evaluate internal business strategies to ensure effectiveness. Lead a customer experience project/initiative within the department that aims to improve customer experience. Responsible for the preparation of management reporting. Responsible for the preparation of financial annual budgeting. Support all planning and budgeting effort for all products, campaigns and sales distribution channel. Support all Product Managers for all development and implementation of new investment products or projects initiatives. Managing relationships with all stakeholders. To maintain or improve a cost/ revenue ratio for staff campaigns. Prepare cost benefit analysis for projects / initiatives. Ensure on-going skill development and capability building within job scope

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS Office. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
