- Lead and Motivate the sales team to improve sales and service with customer - Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets - Create a rapport with customers to grow customer loyalty - Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objective - Draft detailed and accurate sales reports - Assess costs, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices - Establish a sales training program to train existing and new employee - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities - Develop and implement marketing strategies - Create strategy & planning of Sale and Marketing to training team for enhance skill and product knowledge. - Be able to build branch of company products to market

- Min Bachelor’s degree in sale and marketing or other related field - Experiences in Sale or Marketing (in Architecture/Building/Construction/concrete is an advantage) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English. - Having sales personality - High commitment\ - Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines - Self-motivation and maintaining a professional attitude towards customers - Good PR and interpersonal skill - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
