• Complete and monitor all training records; • Conduct on the field SOP training programs and familiarization processes; • Conduct on-the-spot SOP correction and immediate correctional training; • Conduct on-the-job training for kitchen, counter and floor crews; • Conduct checks on proper SOP paperwork and management processes; • Collect data on problems, personnel morale and market atmosphere; • Conduct random tests to determine personnel SOP knowledge; • Conduct discipline checks on uniform attire, punctuality, SOP adherence, etc.; • Do briefings during outlet visits to update outlet personnel on latest news, procedures, developments, etc.; • Conduct QSC audit, follow-up and make action plans for improvements; • Prepare documents/manuals for store openings; • Shop opening support; • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor degree in education, business administration, or equivalent; • At least 3 years of experience in operational training (experience from franchised operation training is a plus); • Good in public presentation, coaching, mentoring, empowering others; • Strong in researching, interpersonal, organizational skills, result-oriented person; • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (strong in Power Point, Words, Excel), Internet & Email (Outlook); • Good command of English.
