- Prepare and manage to processing deliver and pick up shipment of courier. - Manages SOP and SIP of out and inbound shipment and do MDE and close POD in system. - Collect cash from courier and make collection daily report and transfer cash to accounting. - Ensures the customers are fully getting the detail information relating to the process of sending and delivering the parcel. - Ensures that the customers are provided the information about the features, quality and availability of Kerry Express service. - Makes the recommendations, helping, advising, directing and dealing with enquiries of the customers. - Attends management meeting to discuss about the operation plan. - Ensures the parcels of the customers are recorded with the right address and delivered on time. - Request/Records all inventories such as packaging materials, stationeries and supplies. - Performed other task as assigned by management.
