1. Greeting the members with a friendly smile and a pleasant farewell. 2. Take care of the needs of the members (helping with the use of all equipment, teaching members the proper techniques of lifting weights, proper stretching techniques, providing towels, wiping seats, etc,) 3. Keeping the gym area clean of rubbish, water spill, sweats, wiping windows, vacuuming floors, throwing out the rubbish and keep the waste basket empty and clean, 4. All the instructors work as a team if you have any problem you must help each other 5. Help create an exercise program for each member. 6. Oiling and maintenance the exercise equipment. 7. Stand by at the poolside to offer help if required. 8. Keep a clean and neat appearance. 9. Assist with signing up new members. 10. Take complaints and suggestions form members. 11. Know the first names of all members. 12. Keep learning more about fitness program, (nutrition, loss or weight gain). 13. Check that all the members and guests have a proper dress with shorts, shirts and shoes. 14. Take care of all the members and guests especially new membership. 15. Prepare a program for new memberships. 16. Explain clearly how to use and operate the running machine. 17. Make a note of daily information in the Log Book. 18. Always have one instructor on stand by in the gym room. 19. Inform all members and hotel guests sign in and sign out, 20. Train your self 4 times per week, before and after working hours. 21. Instructor check children under the age of 16 are not permitted in Fitness Centre, 22. Instructor, if you have any problems please inform supervisor immediately. 23. All instructors are not permitted to watch T.V.
