Job Description This role will build, manage and supervise his/her own sales team to deliver the sales target of the company. We are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed. • Recruit quality insurance sales people • Provide necessary training, coaching and supervision to ensure success of insurance sales people • Build new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships • Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members • Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members
