 Work & meet with Japanese Native people.  Manage the managing agent and oversees the day to day operation.  Preparing and managing monthly & annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, operating budgets & capital expenditure, leasing matters, rental collection, etc.  Verify and certify all payment and claim.  All leasing related matters such as sourcing for the prospect, build up a relationship with property agency, tenants, etc. to build up data and customers base.  Customer relationship management such as working through a solution to meet residences/ tenants/public requests, handling complaint and feedbacks, etc.  Able to solve problems and handle emergency cases.  Review policies and practice to achieve desired results.  Monthly audit and evaluate awarded contractor performance.  Planning for marketing and advertising events.
