JOB PURPOSE: IT Business Application Specialist will have responsibility in providing both Functional and Technical support for all core business applications to ensure the continuity of Operations 1. Operation and Maintenance: - Develop and organize IT service desk for Feed business and then for Food business - Cooperate with VN IT to provide both Technical and Functional within IT service catalog - Keep below document “live” • Business process (SOP) and System Process • System configuration • User authentication/access • Report list • Change request • User training guide • Trouble shooting know-how - Maintenance the system available and accessible within agreed performance indicators - Monitor Business continuity plan work 2. Project - Involve in implementing IT system for Feed & Food business as Project coordinator - Responsible in providing Training sessions (for Business applications) to Business users 3. Coordinator - Act as IT Business partner with Other Department managers - Coordinate effectively with VN IT Team and Asia IT Team to achieve IT goals/targets - Responsible for building the cooperation with Local suppliers (purchase device and IT service)

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Project Management or related fields - Min 2-5 years of practical experience Business application (operation) - Experience with at least one project in implementing/upgrade Business software - Demonstrate practical experience in providing Software support (Functional is a must and Technical is considered as advantage) - Experience in process improvement project - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Good Organisational skills & Team management - Teamwork, Capacity to Learn - Fluent in Khmer and able to use English at work - Be able to support 24/7 if it will be required
