- Product management of each product group that the company classified under Pharmaceutical or Medical products - Develop a marketing plan or business plan for potential product or category and submit to the Business Development Manager for approval and endorsement to the stockholders. - Lead the whole Marketing Team to deliver the KRA (Key Result Areas) of the Company. - Regular sales analysis and marketing program evaluation monthly or quarterly. - Coordination and alignment with Principals in terms of KPIs such as Reach, Availability, Distribution and Presence of their products - Development of Marketing programs yearly and presentation to GM, BDM for approval - Manage product forecasting and ensure consistent supply or maintain the minimum stock level requirement of the product across each Principal . Regular alignment of stocks inventory with the supply chain. - Manage and maintain product profitability based on the approved marketing budget - Deployment of sales target to the Marketing Team and ensure commitment of the team to deliver the projected sales - Conduct training on skills needed for the Marketing team and develop competency in the team - Align any sales plan to the Sales Department and trade marketing activities for business development - Manage efficiency of marketing resources and promotional materials , regularly maintain physical count or inventories. - Manage and align with HR on the recruitment of marketing staff - Select and manage external agencies such as ATL advertising agency,BTL activation agency and manpower services agency,etc. - Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management. - Manage internal communications and awareness of company's direction and activities such as internal memos, implementing memos,etc. - Initiate Distribution channel analysis and develop programs on REACH ,AVAILABILITY,DISTRIBUTION and PRESENCE. - Determine and develop a plan for people development training to improve competency level of the department. - Perform KRA evaluation and train the marketing supervisors.

- Bachelor's degree of any course or preferably Bachelor's degree related to Sales and Marketing; preferable for graduated of Doctor/Pharmacy. - Preferably with at least five (5 )years experience in Sales or Marketing position and 2 years experience in Supervisory or Managerial position. - Excellent communication skills, English Language comprehension, Leadership training,Intreprenuerial thinking ,computer literate (especially excel). - Training: All SOPs, Sales Analysis and Strategic Planning, Marketing ,Leadership, Financial Analysis.
