- Explores and seeks opportunities to identify and secure viable new business for the Company, based on compiled market research and data, and the Company’s strategies and direction of growth - Assesses opportunities of new molecules & products in the Cambodian marketplace, builds market assessments based on prescribing, patient and consumer behaviour. - Manages contract renewals & new contract reviews and negotiations in close cooperation with the General Manager. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential Clients in the healthcare industry - Manages the members of the business development team. - Member of the management team in providing strategic Business Development vision and strategic direction to accomplish corporate goals, objectives and growth
