• To review and check Bank Statements and reconcile payment received. • To communicate and liaise with Investors and provide Investment Administrative support. • Maintain good relationship with Investors. Follow up with Investors on payment and update on payment received. • Ensure that discrepancies are identified, communicated and cleared in a timely manner. • Assess and evaluate loan applications, interview applicants and carry out background checks according to the SOP to determine eligibility and feasibility of granting loans. • Ensure loan application documentations and such as credit histories and Financial Statement are in order. • To assist in managing and organizing all documentation from the General Manager’s office. • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the General Manager.

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in any field. • Matured personality with age 35 years and above. • At least 3 years of working experience in a Financial Institution / Marketing / Customer Service. • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Able to build relationship with people from all levels. • Good attention to details and good with numbers. • Thorough in documentation and highly proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
