Jobs Description

1. Be responsible for the regional team’s business target (sales, recruitment, and persistency) assigned/allocated by the regional manager 2. Work closely with the regional manager (RM) and/or branch manager (BM) to identify, analyze the sales opportunities, develop sound growth business plan (including recruitment plan) of the region 3. Assist the regional manager in regularly reviewing the regional sales performance and take prompt and corrective actions for boosting the performance back. 4. Actively engage with the responsible/assigned agency leaders for the sake of better communicating and enforce execution of the company and Life Channel’s business direction, rules and disciplines, tactical sales driven activities/initiatives, recruitment and dealing with agency business related issues. 5. Identify and support key agency leaders to step out into new more potential business territories 6. Together with regional manager to conduct the regular area market and competition analysis for supporting the regional strategic sales and business growth plan 7. Assist the regional manager to work closely with cross-functions (i.e. training and development, customer services, sale support operation, NBUW) to ensure having enough functional support for smoothing and solving the related sales issues and sales supporting materials 8. Together with the regional manager function as a company ambassador to liaise with local authorities and other business partners for smoothing the branch business and operational activities 9. Provide coaching and training to agency leaders within the region when necessary 10. Together with the regional manager to manage and control all risk and compliance related to sales and act as first line of defense at the direct team level. 11. Work closely with legal, risk and compliance team at HQ for necessary support and fulfillment.

Jobs Requirement

Experience/Skill: 1. 3-year experience in Financial Services Frontline, Sales or Business Development, or training and development. 2. At least 1-year experience in leading a good team 3. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or economics 4. Highly ambitious, independent thinker, disciplinary and high level of empathy Knowledge: 1. Being good at listening skills, teamwork and demonstrates intellectual curiosity. 2. Good problem solving, critical thinking, and motivation/energetic skill 3. Good knowledge of preparing and monitoring the business plan
