- Build and lead a good and strong sales team - Do staff training - Prepare, organize and manage key responsibilities of sales team - Set goal and missions for sales staff; - Check and follow up the effectiveness of the team members for the performance; - Prepare reports and making presentation about sales strategies to management; - Research on up-to-date sales and marketing environment, - Analyze and survey for clients’ demands; - Research and set the clear target customers for company’s products, - Establish sales and marketing strategic plans; - Encourage the new creative marketing ideas for developing marketing advertisements; - Other tasks assigned by Management
