-Proactive monitoring of network service uptime to ensure optimal network performance for business and end users. -Provide technical support through various channels of verbal and written communication, and ensure the reported case is resolve within stipulated service level agreement. -Troubleshoot network related issues and carry out repairs. -Conduct periodic scheduled updates and maintenance service. -Partner with other IT and support teams to analyse and identify the possible root cause for the reported issue. -Collaborate with vendors and telecommunication service providers to troubleshoot and restore network related outage. -Inspect data and voice cable lines to ensure that they are intact and working optimally.

-Minimum SPM with Certificate or Diploma in IT or equivalent. -Must be able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in network operations support. -Must possess a basic understanding of computer network cabling. -Strong understanding of network infrastructure design, network hardware and telecommunication services. -Proven experience as a network technician or relevant position. -Good customer service skills. -Willing to work on shift, weekend, public holidays and odd hours when required. -Possess own transport and must be able to travel when required.
