Academic Management and Quality Assurance: Academic management demands a development and an implementation of academic plans to ensure all students achieve at high levels. • Take responsibility of the quality and good environment of the school • Review the current academic curriculum and update it or develop a new one if necessary • Establish the annual master schedule for following academic year for school’s instructional program • Maintain a master schedule for all teachers and staff • Supervise daily teaching programs of all teachers • Ensure all tests and examinations are appropriately conducted and invigilated with fair result • Ensure the smooth process of school administration in delivering the school information to all students’ guardians, collecting student paperwork, recording student grades, providing student report/transcripts and giving feedback to parents • Determine tools and evaluation styles where parents can provide feedback Supervision and Management: Supervision involves developing and communicating goals and results to personnel; selecting, supervising, and supporting the employee team; and upholding school policies. • Develop and communicate business goals and results to all personnel • Select, supervise, and support the team • Supervise and discipline • Manage and maintain school property • Monitor Performance Management Marketing: Oversee the marketing agency / marketing team. Make sure they can develop marketing activities on time and build positive image of ASIS. • Personally and officially represent your school by participating in the community 
 • Build a positive cooperative image 
 • Decide strategies in consultation with team on developing marketing and promotional programs for the school - Prepare and review marketing/promotion plans with BoD - Plan marketing activities/promotion program and review results and expectations with team and BOD on a regular basis • Network to improve the presence and reputation of ASIS Customer Service: Business involves providing and promoting the customer service necessary to meet the school’s goals and needs. It is more to deal with routine school matters, complaints and communication among parents, students and teachers. Reporting: 
 Reporting involves keeping BOD informed of the school business’ status and activities. Other Duties: • The principal will perform necessary duties as assigned by BOD.
