-To troubleshoot software and hardware for PC, laptop and etc. -Knowledge on computer hardware, software, network, wireless and other smart gadgets within the company’s IT infrastructure -To troubleshoot systems and network issues and diagnose IT issues -To provide technical support to end-users -To perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by your supervisor

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent -At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply -Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete task within timeline given -Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team -Self-motivated, flexibility to be on call to support after office hours for critical issues if required
