• Evaluate and assess Risks on credit related to provide checks and controls and approve credit and Loans requests. • Manage and train team members to assist in the above. • Have at least 5 years in Credit analysis and evaluation of risk and loan approvals with a financial institution. • Performs operational audits and checks on Credit and related matters. • Update risks check lists where necessary and establish lines of contacts with external parties that can assist in evaluation of risks. • Analyze the weaknesses of credit operation and management processes, and provide recommendations where applicable. • Develop testing procedures relevant to risk management. • Documents the findings/issues, drafts the recommendations using unbiased opinion to submit to the Management or appointed member of the Risk Management Committee. for review. • Builds and maintain respectful and effective communication and relationship with teams, managements and staffs of areas under review. • Take the role of Internal Credit Audit. • Maintains confidentiality of bank and customer affairs in accordance with standards of professional conduct and • Performs related works as per assigned by Management or Risk Management Committee. • All other tasks as assigned by Management.
