-Develop and maintain a 3PM network that delivers operations objectives in line with Global Procurement and Regional Product Supply business objectives including Cost, Cash, Supplier Reduction, SHE, -Quality, Customer Service, DP and Sales Growth -Develop/execute strategies (working closely with Regional Product Supply Leadership Team) that ensure a robust, reliable, cost effective & flexible contract manufacturing network is in place to deliver Asia -Product Supply business objectives -Leads cross-functional teams to deliver y-o-y cost savings and cash improvements -Leads team of one direct and indirect reports to establish, qualify, and maintain a CM supplier base that meets SCJ needs, performance, and conduct standards. -Drives a culture of strong performance. Champions change management activities within the team to continually improve the efficiency and quality of contract manufacturing execution -Represent Contract Manufacturing in Global Procurement and Regional Product Supply teams and serves as member of designated Product Supply Leadership Team

-Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field. MBA is a plus -Minimum 5 years of 3rd Party Manufacturing experience, contracts negotiation and proven track record in procurement cost savings -Strong negotiation skills -Knowledge of production processes/technologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, OEE and TPM -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a vast number of internal and external stakeholders
