-Carry out all telephone screens with candidates ahead of submission to business -Carry out any formal online assessment or tests -Search LinkedIn and other online sources for candidates -Maintain all candidate and job files on iCIMS -Assist regional team with scheduling and meeting logistics -Populate and maintain contact with Talent Pools
